Becci McKinley Rowe

Becci McKinley-Rowe is Co-Head of Fundamental Equities, responsible with her co-head for BlackRock's Fundamental Equities business across US, Europe, Global, Emerging Markets, Hedge Funds, Thematic and Sectors, and Sustainability active equity strategies. She co-chairs Fundamental Equities Executive Committee and is responsible for business strategy, investment performance and talent management. She was previously Head of Fundamental Active Equities in EMEA for Blackrock.

Becci is member of Blackrock's Portfolio Management Group Executive Committee, EMEA Executive Committee, EMEA Investments Executive Committee and the EMEA Sponsor of Women in Investments.

Prior to joining BlackRock, Ms McKinley-Rowe spent 20 years at Morgan Stanley, most recently as Managing Director and Head of Global Equity Sales, based in the UK. Becci was a member of the EMEA Equity Operating Committee, Co-chair of the Diversity Action Council EMEA and Co-Founder of the “Step in Step up” school programme attracting female talent to the firm.
