BlackRock PPIP, L.P. - Luxury Expense Policy
With respect to payment of expenses of BlackRock PPIP, L.P. (the “Fund”), the Fund will only pay or be charged with expenses as authorized in its Amended and Restated Limited Partnership Agreement.
