BlackRock PPIP, L.P. - Luxury Expense Policy

How to Open a BlackRock Liquid Environmentally Aware Fund Account
To open an account, please complete and submit an executed application, for the applicable share class, along with any supporting documentation required. Your application must contain original signatures in order to be processed. For Direct Shares contact us at cashmgmt@blackrock.com or call 800-441-7450 to open an account. For Institutional and Investor A Shares call 800-441-7762 to open an account. In the application, you will be asked to provide:
- Name of institution and mailing address (no Post Office Boxes)
- Tax identification number
- Names, titles and phone numbers of individuals authorized to place orders
- Wire instructions for redemption proceeds and instructions for payment of dividends (reinvestment or payment by check/wire)
- Instructions for payment of dividends (reinvestment or payment by check/wire)
