Freek Spoorenberg

Freek Spoorenberg, Managing Director, leads the Product Strategy activities for BlackRock Infrastructure Equity globally.

Mr. Spoorenberg is focused on business growth with responsibility for product development, fundraising and investor relations.

Mr. Spoorenberg joined BlackRock in 2012, shortly after the establishment of BlackRock's private Infrastructure platform. Mr. Spoorenberg has contributed to the growth and development of BlackRock Infrastructure business.

Prior to joining BlackRock, he worked in Structured Products at Societe Generale Corporate & Investment Banking in Paris, providing cross-asset solutions to Benelux institutional clients, private banks and asset managers.

Mr. Spoorenberg earned an MSc degree in International Business from Maastricht University, and also holds a Bachelor of Business Administration.
